• An Android mobile application for call tracking and recording.
• A web-based dashboard for call management and analytics.
• Cloud storage for call recordings and data synchronization.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Types

• Admin Account: Full access to organization settings, employee management, and billing.
• Employee Account: Limited access as configured by the Admin.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Record calls without proper consent where required by law.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others.

6.1 Pricing

Our Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service. Contact support for exceptional cases.

6.4 Cancellation

You retain ownership of data you upload (call recordings, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINICLICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access or data breaches.
• Any legal consequences from call recording.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiniClick, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
